Welcome to UNM West in Rio Rancho! We officially opened our doors in Rio Rancho's City Center in January 2010. We offer upper division (300 & 400-level) courses leading to degree completion. Our courses are offered through various delivery methods including 16-week, 1st or 2nd 8-week, and Early/ Late-Starting formats during the Spring, Summer and Fall terms. Students enjoy our flexible scheduling, which includes day, evening and weekend courses. Courses are offered in the following subject areas: American Studies, Anthropology, Astronomy, Biology, Dance, Economics, English, History, Sociology, Psychology, Sustainability, Management, Nutrition, Philosophy, Physics, Religious Studies, and Women's Studies.
